Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Mindevoa, you agree to these Terms and related policies, including our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account access credentials secure.
When applicable, you must provide accurate and current account information.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Accounts may be suspended or restricted in cases of abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

Free and paid plans

Mindevoa may offer both free and paid subscription plans.
Features and usage limits can vary by plan.
Pricing may change over time, with notice where required by law.
Promotional pricing, discounts, or trials may be temporary and subject to conditions.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically on each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Billing is handled securely through Stripe and related payment processors.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your billing settings.
After cancellation, premium access may continue until the current billing period ends.

Refunds

Except where required by law, payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe there was a billing error, contact support at support@mindevoa.com and we will review your request.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform. For example, you may not:

Abuse the platform or misuse product features.
Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
Interfere with service operations, reliability, or security.
Upload illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing content.
Use bots, scraping, or automation in abusive or disruptive ways.
Violate the rights, privacy, or intellectual property of others.

User content

You retain ownership of content you create and upload, where applicable.
You grant DVLPRS Web Solutions the rights needed to host, process, and display content only to operate and improve the service.
You are responsible for content you publish, including content shared publicly in the library.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Mindevoa brand, software, design, and platform materials remain the property of DVLPRS Web Solutions and are protected by applicable laws.

Service availability

We work to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Features may be updated, improved, replaced, or removed over time.

Disclaimer

Mindevoa is a productivity and study tool. We do not guarantee learning speed, exam results, certifications, admissions, or academic outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DVLPRS Web Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data loss, learning outcomes, or service interruptions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access in cases of violations, fraud, abuse, or legal necessity. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms over time. Continued use after updates may constitute acceptance where legally permitted.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the operator's jurisdiction.
